The cartridge AQUAPRO (Reference PR-SWC-10) is an ingenious "2-in-1" solution designed to provide a complete treatment of water in a small space. It is particularly suitable for facilities that only have a single 10-inch filter holder.

This cartridge combines two filtration technologies:

1. Level 1 (Mechanical filtration): An outer layer of polypropylene spinning wire. It acts as an effective pre-filter to retain sediments, sand, dust and rust, thus protecting the internal media from clogging.

Level 2 (Adsorption Treatment): The core of the cartridge contains 140g granulated activated carbon (GAC). This media treats dissolved pollutants, eliminates the taste and smell of chlorine, and reduces the presence of pesticides and other organic chemicals.

Maintenance & Recommendations

Replacement: For optimum efficiency, it is recommended to replace the cartridge every 6 months. A higher frequency may be needed if the water is very loaded in sediment or if a drop in flow is recognized.

Commissioning (rinsing): When installing a new cartridge, let the water flow for 2 to 3 minutes to remove the coal thin (residual black dust).

Usage: intended for the treatment of a drinking water. Do not use on microbiologically dangerous water without proper disinfection.
