The cartridge AQUAPRO (Reference PR-SWS-1045-10) is a sediment filter designed for Big Blue 10 inch format filters. Its wide diameter (4.5 inches / approx. 11,5 cm) allows a filtration surface much larger than standard models, which results in a higher water flow and a prolonged life of the media.

With a finesse of filtration of 10 microns, it offers an ideal balance for the overall protection of networks. It effectively retains fine particles such as sand, rust, silt and suspended sediments. Its pure polypropylene wire structure spinning around a rigid central core makes it possible to trap impurities over the entire thickness of the filter, thus avoiding a sudden pressure loss.

Maintenance & Recommendations

Replacement: It is recommended to replace the cartridge every 6 months. A significant flow rate or pronounced discoloration of the wire indicates that the cartridge is saturated.

Recommended use: ideal for the filtration of city water or drilling little loaded with large sediments, or second floor after a filter of 25 or 50 microns.

Installation: When replacing, make sure the Cartridge Center is good for the bowl to ensure that all the water passes through the filter media.
