The cartridge AQUAPRO (Reference PR-SWS-20-01) is a high-precision sediment filter designed for applications requiring absolute water clarity. Its 20-inch (double height) format doubles the filtration surface with a standard cartridge, providing greater autonomy and increased retention capability.

With a filtration finesse of 1 micron, it is the finest level of protection of the wound range. Made by the precise winding of a pure polypropylene thread about a rigid central core, it captures the microscopic particles such as ultra-thin silt, microscopic rust dust and micro-sediment. Its alveolar structure guarantees a gradual filtration of the surface to the center.

Maintenance & Recommendations

• Replacement: It is recommended to replace the cartridge every 6 months. A significant drop in the pressure at the output points usually indicates that the media is saturated.

• Pre-filtration imperative: Because of its extreme finesse (1 μm), it is strongly recommended to install a lighter filter (25 or 50 microns) upstream to avoid immediate clogging of the cartridge.

• Hygiene: When replacing, enjoy it to clean the interior of the filter holder bowl with a light disinfectant solution.
