The cartridge AQUAPRO (Reference PR-App-20-50) is a 20-inch sediment filter (50.8 cm) designed to provide robust primary protection on high flow installations. Thanks to its 50 micron filtration threshold, it acts as a first effective rampart against the largest impurities (sand, gravel, coarse sediments, rust).

Its pleated design offers an exceptional filtration surface, much greater than the eating or extruded filters of the same size. This not only allows to retain a massive amount of front saturation debris, but also to guarantee a loss of pressure (pressure drop) almost non-existent. Made of nonwoven polyester, it is completely washable, making it an extremely economical and durable solution.

Maintenance & Recommendations

• Replacement: Although washable, it is advisable to replace it every 12 to 24 months or if the media has tears or pronounced wear.

• Maintenance: To clean the cartridge, remove it from its jar and rinse the folds under a moderate water jet. Gently spread the folds to evacuate debris housed at the bottom.

• Positioning: To be installed in first position (network head) to protect the finer filters (1 or 5 microns) and the treatment devices (softeners, UV).
