The cartridge AQUAPRO (Reference PR-SWS-2045-05) is a high-capacity sediment filter designed for Big Blue 20-inch format housings. Combining a wide diameter (4.5 ") and a length of 50.8 cm, this cartridge offers one of the most important filtration surfaces available for heavy, commercial and industrial residential installations.

With a finesse of filtration of 5 microns, it provides fine and rigorous protection of the network. It is specifically designed to capture microscopic impurities such as fine sand, silt, rust particles and suspended sediments. Its pure polypropylene wire structure spilled around a rigid central core makes it possible to trap impurities throughout the thickness of the media, guaranteeing a perfectly limpid water even at very high flows.

Maintenance & Recommendations

Replacement: It is recommended to replace the cartridge every 6 months. A significant pressure drop or marked visual saturation are the indicators of change.

Recommended use: Ideal for finishing filtration after a first gross filtration stage (25 or 50 microns) to optimize its life.

Assembly Board: When replacing, carefully clean the filter bowl and be sure to center the cartridge on the inner guide to ensure a perfect seal.
