The cartridge AQUAPRO (Reference PR-SWS-40-01) is a very high-precision sediment filter designed for 40 inch format filter holders (about 101.6 cm). This exceptional length format is specifically dedicated to heavy industrial applications, tertiary water treatment plants and manufacturing processes requiring ultra-fine filtration with maximum autonomy.

With a finesse of filtration of 1 micron, it represents the most rigorous level of protection of the range. Its structure is composed of a pure polypropylene wire wound extremely densely around a rigid central core. It captures microscopic particles, micro-limits and fine rust dust, ensuring water from absolute clarity.

Maintenance & Recommendations

Pre-filtration imperative: Because of its extreme finesse (1 μm), this cartridge must be installed after a first filtration stage (ex: 20 or 50 microns) to avoid immediate clogging.

Hygiene: When replacing in industrial housings, make sure the perfect cleanliness of the housing and in the good condition of the seals.
