The cartridge AQUAPRO (Reference PR-680-B), often referred to as PCF, is an advanced processing cartridge designed exclusively for the Reverse AP-680 osmosis system. This model is distinguished by its increased ability to target and reduce the presence of lead and other heavy metals, in addition to its conventional function of chemical filtration.

Used as a polishing or post-filtration step, it provides an additional security barrier, particularly useful in homes with old lead or copper pipes. Its internal structure optimizes the contact time between the water and the active media to ensure water not only pure, but totally rid of the most critical metal contaminants.

Maintenance & Recommendations

Lifecycle: Although AP-680 cartridges are compact, they are designed for annual replacement. However, if your water is particularly charged with sediment or metal, a change every 6 months is recommended.

Installation: When replacing, insert the cartridge into the central location. A slight rinsing of the osmosis (empty a complete tank) is necessary to evacuate the initial charcoal thin.

Complete kit: For maximum protection, this filter should be associated with the sediment cartridge (SPF) and the block charcoal cartridge (CPF).
