CARTOUCHE 10 BIG BLUE BOBINEE, 50 MICRONS

The cartridge AQUAPRO (Reference PR-SWS-1045-50) is a high-capacity sediment filter designed for Big Blue 10 inch format filter holders. Thanks to its imposing diameter (4.5 inches / approx. 11.5 cm), it offers a filtration surface and a much larger debris retention volume than standard cartridges, making it the ideal solution for treating loaded water.

With a 50 micron filtration finesse, it provides a first-level pre-filtration function. It is specifically calibrated to stop the coarsest sediments such as sand, rust particles, thick silt and pipe debris. Its pure polypropylene wire structure about a rigid central core guarantees excellent mechanical resistance and minimal pressure drop, thus preserving the pressure of the network.

Maintenance & Recommendations

Replacement: It is recommended to replace the cartridge every 6 months. Visible accumulation of sediments or a pressure drop at the point points are the signs it is saturated.

Recommended use: to systematically install in first position on any installation of drilling water, wells or rainwater recovery.

Technical advice: For optimal water clarity, this 50 micron cartridge should be followed by a cartridge of 10 or 5 microns to refine filtration.
