The cartridge AQUAPRO (Reference PR-UPF-SDSL) is an advanced version of the standard mixed model. It is designed for compact installations (a single filter holder) requiring maximum protection. This filter combines the physical removal of impurities and the chemical treatment of water, while integrating microbiological safety.

Its internal structure consists of:

A sediment envelope: high density polypropylene to stop mud, sand and rust.

An active carbon heart with silver (GAC + SC): the coal adsorbs chlorine and pesticides, while the impregnated silver prevents the proliferation of the bacteria inside the filter (bacteriostatic action).

Maintenance & Recommendations

Replacement: It is recommended to replace the cartridge every 6 months to ensure optimal efficiency, both for physical filtration and for money.

Installation rinsing: Allow the water to flow for 2 to 3 minutes after installation to evacuate the fine coal (initial black dust).

Capacity: If your water is very loaded in sediment (muddy), this mixed cartridge can clog faster than a large-scale dedicated sediment filter.
