The cartridge AQUAPRO (Reference PR-SWS-2045-10) is a heavy industrial and residential sediment filter, designed for Big Blue 20 inch filter holders. Combining a wide diameter (4.5 ") and a lined height (20"), it offers one of the most important filtration surfaces on the market, ensuring exceptional autonomy and minimal pressure drop, even at very high flows.

With a finesse of filtration of 10 microns, it is positioned as the versatile solution par excellence. It is capable of stopping fine sediments such as sand, rust, silt and suspended materials, while allowing a constant water flow. Its pure polypropylene wire structured around a rigid central medium makes it possible to trap impurities throughout the thickness of the media, providing a sediment retention capacity greater than extruded cartridges (Melt-Blown).

Maintenance & Recommendations

Replacement: It is recommended to replace the cartridge every 6 months. A downstream manometer allows you to monitor the loss of charge and identify the saturation moment.

Recommended use: perfectly adapted for the filtration of water drilling, rain or city in the second filtration stage (after a first filter of 25 or 50 microns).

Installation: When Change, clean the bottom of the bowl and make sure the cartridge is perfectly centered on the lower guide for optimal sealing.
