Cartridge 10 coil, 100 microns

The cartridge AQUAPRO (Reference PR-SWS-10-100) is the most permeable sediment filter in the standard wound range. It is specifically designed to serve as a first-level protection ("pre-banding filter") in environments where water is highly charged with macroscopic particles.

With 100 microns porosity, this cartridge acts as an ultra-robust sieve. Its structure, composed of a pure polypropylene wire wound around a central core, is optimized to stop the largest impurities: large sand, thin gravel, rust climbing, algae and ducting debris. Thanks to its wide mesh, it guarantees a fluid passage of water with almost non-existent pressure loss, even at high flow rates.

Without restriction rate (100 μm): ideal for installations where the pressure is critical, it does not brake the flow of water while ensuring effective mechanical protection.

100% polypropylene media: inert and chemically neutral material, guaranteeing total compatibility with drinking water (without fiber release).

In-depth filtration: Unlike a conventional washable sieve, the wire wound traps debris over its thickness, providing better retention capacity.

Protection "sacrifice": By capturing the most massive sediments, it avoids damage to pumps, solenoid valves and premature clogging of finer filters (25 or 5 microns).

Turbide Water Resistance: Particularly recommended for water inlets, drilling or rainwater recovery.

Maintenance & Recommendations

Replacement: It is recommended to replace the cartridge every 6 months. Visible accumulation of sediments or sludge on the wire indicates that it is time to change.

Recommended use: to place in first position your processing system to protect subsequent filtration steps.

Assembly Board: For optimum efficiency, combine this cartridge with 25 or 10 micron finishing filtration in a second filter holder to refine the clarity of the water.
