The cartridge AQUAPRO (Reference PR-SWC-20) is the high capacity version of the "2-in-1" filtration system. Designed in 20-inch (50.8 cm) format, it makes it possible to treat large water volumes while ensuring a double-purification action in one and the same filter holder.

This cartridge combines two essential steps:

Sediment filtration (exterior): a coil polypropylene wire structure that captures suspended materials (sand, mud, rust). Its deep design protects the core from the cartridge against premature clogging.

Chemical treatment (heart): The center is filled with granulated activated carbon (GAC). Thanks to its great length, the contact time between water and coal is optimized, allowing a very efficient elimination of chlorine, pesticides, herbicides and bad tastes / odors.

Maintenance & Recommendations

Replacement: It is recommended to replace the cartridge every 6 to 12 months (depending on the consumption and the quality of the water) to avoid saturation of coal.

Commissioning: As for any charcoal filter, let the water flow for 3 to 5 minutes when the first installation is to evacuate the coal thin (black water at first).

Usage: Designed for city water (public network) or previously clarified rainwater.
