CARTOUCHE PLISSEE 10 - 1 MICRON

The cartridge AQUAPRO (Reference PR-App-10-01) is a high-precision sediment filter designed to capture the extremely fine particles suspended in water. Thanks to its pleated design, it offers a filtration surface significantly higher than the conventional extruded cartridges (spun), which allows a higher retention capacity and a pressure drop (reduced pressure).

With a filtration threshold of 1 micron, this cartridge ensures quasi-total clarification of water, retaining micro-sediments, pollen, fine dust and some microscopic rust particles. Its nonwoven polyester structure makes it lasting and, unlike disposable polypropylene models, it can be cleaned slightly to extend its life.

Maintenance & Recommendations

Replacement: Although washable, it is advisable to replace it every 6 to 12 months (or as soon as a permanent pressure drop is recognized) to ensure irreproachable hygiene.

Pre-filtration: To avoid too fast clogging of this very fine filter, it is highly recommended to install a lustrier sediment filter (20 or 50 microns) upstream.

Cleaning: Remove the jar cartridge and rinse the folds gently under a jet of water. Do not use a hard brush so as not to damage the media.

Usage: Perfect for the filtration of city water, clarified well water or as a final protection before a UV sterilizer.
