The cartridge AQUAPRO (Reference PR-SWS-10-05) is a standard sediment filter in the industry, recognized for its reliability and high retention capacity. Its structure is obtained by the precise winding of a pure polypropylene wire around a rigid central support, creating thousands of micro-channels in the shape of the rhinestones.

With a finesse of filtration of 5 microns, it constitutes the "gold standard" for the protection of domestic and tertiary installations. It effectively captures fine particles such as fine sand, rust, silt and microscopic sediments. Thanks to its alveolar structure, it offers a larger filtration area and better resistance to pressure drops than conventional extruded filters.

Maintenance & Recommendations

Replacement: It is advisable to change the cartridge every 6 months or as soon as a significant pressure drop is recognized.

Recommended use: Excellent as pre-filter for water softeners, water heaters, or prior to an activated carbon treatment system.

Performance: If your water is highly charged with coarse sediments (large sludge), the addition of a 25 micron-colored filter upstream will not prematurely colmatize this 5 micron cartridge.
