The cartridge AQUAPRO (Reference PR-SWS-40-10) is a 40-inch industrial sediment filter (about 101.6 cm). This exceptional length format is designed for very large flow facilities, such as factories, hotel complexes or farms, where continuity of service and reduction of maintenance frequencies are critical.

With a finesse of filtration of 10 microns, it offers an excellent compromise between an efficient capture of fine particles and a great freedom of hydraulic flow. Its structure is composed of a pure polypropylene wire continuously around a rigid central support, creating thousands of cells capable of trapping sand, rust, silt and sediment throughout the thickness of the media.

Maintenance & Recommendations

• Replacement: It is recommended to replace the cartridge every 6 months. A follow-up of the differential pressure on the manometer of your installation makes it possible to optimize the moment of change.

• Recommended use: Perfectly adapted to protect cooling circuits, large automatic watering systems or as pre-filtration before UV treatment.

• Installation: When mounting in multi-cartridge housings, make sure to position the hold springs and joints to prevent non-filtered water.
