The cartridge AQUAPRO (Reference PR-UPF-SDSC) is an ingenious "2-in-1" solution designed for 10-inch filter holders. It is ideal for installations with limited space (single filter holder) as it provides two crucial steps of water treatment in one pass.

Its structure is divided into two filtration levels:

Sediment level: a first layer of polypropylene fibers which stops the physical particles (sand, mud, rust, sediments).

Activated Charcoal Level: A second portion filled with granulated activated carbon that treats chemical pollutants, chlorine and bad tastes.

Maintenance & Recommendations

Replacement: To ensure consistent efficiency and avoid saturation, it is recommended to replace the cartridge every 6 months.

Commissioning: As with any cartridge containing coal, a rinse of 2 to 3 minutes is required during the first installation to evacuate the coal thin (black water at first).

Pose Meaning: Be sure to respect the installation direction for the water to first go through the sediment part before reaching the coal (media protection).

Usage: Use on drinking water. If the water is extremely loaded in sediment, this mixed cartridge will clut faster than a separate two-jacket system.
